Yorkshire

We built this 2 story traditional stone extension to house the new staircase access to the upper floor after removing the original one in the main house so a larger living room could be formed.

A downstairs toilet was also formed with another bathroom and extra bedroom upstairs.

Merseyside

Brickwork acid cleaned then re pointed.

All of the concrete quoins, ledges, bay windows and door surrounds have had old paint removed , re grouted where needed before fresh coat of modern grey masonry paint.

Pillars and railings done to match.

Guernsey

Garage conversion into a bedroom, as much work done as possible before removing the garage door and walling the front up to form a window.
